This image caught my attention because of the contrast between the light and the background. I also liked the contrasting elements of fire and water in the shot. I believe that this picture was shot with someone circling orange lights around behind the subject. It appears that the water is a natural element and was already there. The shutter speed was probably very low to allow the “painting” effect to occur.
